With 50 years of running experience, Brian J Siddons, (above, right) is looking forward to helping runners continue their journey. His decades of experience will be used to guide runners along the path of running. It may be helping a runner understand the yearly cycle of training, or how to set up a calendar for a key race. Some runners may seek a mentor to work through a particular training session, race result or upcoming key race. Others may want to talk about motivation, gear, nutrition or apparel. Brian has years of experience in nearly every aspect of long distance running. His goal is to help others have as many positive life experiences through running as possible, including his children (Spencer, Jackie, Harrison) pictured above.
